School Food Authorities (SFA) and Local Education Agencies (LEA) that wish to operate a federal child nutrition program are required to have procurement policies and procedures in place that meet all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies. The Healthy School Food Collaborative team provides expert procurement reviews to make sure that your program is in compliance and that your SFA status is not compromised.
